Alexander Mihaylov is the Managing Director and Creative Director of One Design Bureau, a boutique visual communication studio based in Sofia, delivering complex design solutions for international organizations, large-scale events, and corporate clients since 2014.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Alexander has held senior roles across leading advertising agencies and creative companies, building expertise in creative leadership, design operations, and end-to-end project delivery. Before co-founding One Design Bureau, he spent over a decade in design management and creative advisory roles in several major publishing and advertising groups.

Alexander is among the first Adobe beta testers and certified lecturers in Bulgaria, having trained numerous professionals in modern design workflows, production standards, and process optimization.

His expertise covers brand identity, editorial and print systems, and full-scale visual communication for high-visibility environments. Most recently, he served as Creative Director for the 3rd Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships for Juniors – 2025, where One Design Bureau developed the complete event identity and implementation — approved by the President and Executive Committee of FIG. This marks the studio’s third World Championship delivered to international governance standards.

At One Design Bureau, Alexander oversees strategic operations, financial governance, client relations, and quality assurance, maintaining long-term partnerships with institutional and corporate clients.
